Davey Stainless Steel, double case sump pumps are capable of pumping grey water of neutral pH containing up to 10% small organic soft solids.
(Some accelerated wear should be expected when pumping hard solids in suspension)

Double case pumps are useful in places where the submersible pump may not always be submerged. Water flowing through the pump cools the motor leading to a reduced chance of motor overload

*Open impeller, semi-vortex, centrifugal design which makes it able to pump small soft solids in suspension and is less susceptible to blockage
*Double mechanical shaft seal in oil bath with hard faced silicon carbide / ceramic seal on pump side
*Sand slinger lip seal 
*Corrosive resistant 304 stainless steel outer case and strainer
*Double case with full discharge flow past internal motor shell making it able to operate in partially submerged installations and allowing motor cooling for longer life
*Automatic resetting thermal overload making it protected against overloading
*In-built automatic thermal overload which protects the motor in the event of blockage or voltage supply problems
* 10 metres long with 3 pin power plug
